A WORD

from Lt. Gov Elissa

Crestwood Key Club has already made a huge impact in just the first few months of the service year! I’ve seen firsthand the difference they’re making from creating blue ribbons to raise awareness for Angelman Syndrome to organizing fundraisers like bake sales to raise money for ICON. Throughout the month of April they’ve consistently promoted Autism Awareness month by collaborating with local nonprofits to host annual Fun Days for families with special needs. Along with that, they’ve spent every Saturday packaging and organizing food at Eternal Light, a nonprofit focused on fighting hunger for families in their community. They also played a major role in supporting our divisional Key Club Walks by running concessions, arriving early to help set up, and staying late to clean up. Amazing job Crestwood—keep up the incredible work!
