For the Mighty Michigan District Secretaries:
The Monthly Report form and your club's meeting minutes (summary of what happened at the meeting) are to be sent via email or snail mail by the 15th of every month to eboard@mikeyclub.org, ltgdiv_@mikeyclub.org, Faculty Advisor, Kiwanis Advisor, and Club President.
This form and meeting minutes allow the District Board to see what your club is up to, answer questions, and publicize the great work you and your club are doing!
Remember- when filling out the Annual Report in February 2013 it is easier to look back through old Monthly Reports than reading through all those meeting notes :)
STARTING WITH THE 2012 NOVEMBER MONTHLY REPORT SECRETARIES CAN SUBMIT THEIR MONTHLY ONLINE BY FOLLOWING THE BELOW STEPS:
1. Go to http://mrf.mikeyclub.org/ and login with your username and password. Email secretary@mikeyclub.org
for your individual username and password.
2. Fill out the monthly on the website.
3. Email your meeting minutes/summaries to eboard@mikeyclub.org, ltgdiv_@mikeyclub.org, Faculty Advisor, Kiwanis Advisor, and Club President.
This is a new process so help me work through the kinks.
