The first thing I want to remind all of you about is updating your officer information. We do that at the District level by sending in Election Report Forms (ERFs for short). You can find a copy of this form under the "For Your Club" tab on the website. All the information on your election report form is used in the District Directory, so if your officers aren't comfortable with their information being published in the directory, be sure to note that on the form.
The form itself is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. You can scan these forms and email them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. ALso, send these forms to your LTG; they would love to be able to contact your officers! It makes their life so much easier if they know the easiest way to get in touch with your club!
