The 2012-2013 District Directory is finished and ready to be distributed at Fall Rally! If your club did not submit contact information, has incorrect, or missing information please email changes/ERFs to secretary@mikeyclub.org by December 14th for the addendum.

Thanks to the 2010-2011 District Secretary, Jonathan Pevarnek, our Michigan District Monthly Report form is now fillable online! Every secretary is assigned a username and password and will use that to get on the website.  YOUR MEETING SUMMARIES STILL MUST BE EMAILED, but the monthly is completely online.  More information will come after the October monthly is submitted so the November monthly report will be your first opportunity to use the online form!

Hey District Secretaries!

One of your first duties as club secretary is to document the new officers in your club and submit them to me for the District Directory. You can get the Election Report Form under the 'For Your Club' Tab, please email the form (secretary@mikeyclub.org) or mail (46814 Tilch, Macomb, MI 48044) by August 5th !

If your club has elections in the Fall, please let me know so the District Board will know who to contact until elections. Any questions or concerns about submitting your club's ERF please contact me and I would be happy to help you out!
